Internationally, the green/renewable energy sector is set to grow from £100 Billion in 2023 to £250 Billion by 2030, this means that the number of job opportunities in this market will grow over the coming years and in turn the number of candidates required to fill these job opportunities will increase steadily.

Green energy and renewables are still considered a niche market. In most cases, providers will recruit candidates by word of mouth and recommendation – this can be a time-consuming strategy that does not always result in the best match of candidate to job role.
