The recruitment process is simple:

Candidates

• Head to the CV page where you can fill in your details and upload your CV.
• Make sure all of your preferred contact information is included.
• We will contact you to discuss what you are looking for
• We will approach the market with your CV to hand and see what opportunities we can proactively secure for you.
• We will match you with any live vacancies.
• We will set up interviews (either in person or remotely).
• We will gain constructive feedback on the interview and next steps.

Companies

• Head to the jobs page and share details of any jobs you are hoping to appoint.
• Include contact details of the hiring manager so that we can make our initial contact to discuss the role in details.
• We will look at our candidate for best matches and send CV’s.
• We will look proactively in the market for candidates who may be best fit for you role.
• We will set up interviews with potential candidates.
• We will hold a debrief to gain feedback on the interviews.
